For a reservation, we collect your name and the requested number of seats. Phone, email and notes are optional and provided only if you choose to.

We use this data solely to manage your Grand Opening reservation and, if you leave a phone number or an email address, to contact you about the reservation. The legal basis is your consent.
Storage
Reservations are stored in Google Sheets. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf, under its data processing terms.
Retention
Data is deleted within 30 days after the event.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian authority ANSPDCP.
