ADRIAN
He received all of this and is turning it into a concept of his own.
„I am the third generation of a family for whom hospitality has, over time, become a way of life.”
Some stories don't begin with a restaurant.
They begin with a family.
With a grandfather for whom the kitchen was more than a job.
With a father who chose to carry the same passion forward.
And with a mother who turned a love of hospitality into a business. This place bears her name: La Diana.
I grew up in the middle of this story.
I saw what it means to create an experience for people, to understand food beyond the plate, and to turn a place into somewhere people want to come back to.
But I didn't want only to continue what they had started.
I wanted to create something of my own.
A place where the experience of the generations before me meets the vision of mine.
That is how La Diana came to be.
A contemporary concept, built with respect for what I was given and the courage to look ahead.
For me, every detail matters — from the plate to the atmosphere, from the ingredients to the way every guest is welcomed.
Because hospitality is my family's legacy.
And this place is my way of carrying it forward.
